Ahh there’s something so sweet and refreshing about a slow Sunday. We slept in on accident, made a big brunch and now we’re off doing our own things for a few hours before we tune into a new church we’re checking out late this afternoon.

With the pandemic, we couldn’t really go out to restaurants but we enjoyed ordering room service from Boone Tavern’s delicious menu. I was also surprised at the number of gluten free items or alternatives they provided! One night we ordered the most amazing brussels sprouts. When trying to find a recipe to recreate the dish at home, we came across these Maple Dijon Brussels Sprouts. While they’re not an exact match, they’re incredibly tasty and simple!
