Trader Joe's Fall Haul

There's a chill in the morning air lately! I am the nerd that’s been calling my closest TJ’s location asking when their fall seasonal products will hit the shelves for a couple weeks now... I haven’t gotten the same person answering the phone so I don’t think I’m quite ‘that person’ but still. 🤣🎃 Check out my run down of this week's Trader Joe's Fall Haul!

My Gluten Free Journey

September marks 5 years of my gluten free journey! 2015 seems like so long when I think about all the life changes that occurred in that timeframe but it kinda also feels like just yesterday! Sunday Lunch at The Blue Marlin

Today’s adventuring took us to Columbia, SC for the afternoon. We explored the state capitol grounds and walked a few blocks over for lunch at the Blue Marlin. At least by appearances, the Blue Marlin looks like it is housed in an old train station. Talk about exceptional southern hospitality and low country inspired fare!

Pizza Night! Gluten Free Pizza AND Cheese Sticks!

We ate our veggies in a fun way tonight - snuck into our pizza and cheese sticks! That’s right. Gluten free pizza AND cheese sticks for this wild Saturday night in! I absolutely love the Caulipower pizza crusts (made from cauliflower) for an awesome gluten free alternative. We kept it simple with pepperoni as our topping (Penny approved) and paired it with recipe I was super excited to try out - Zucchini Cheese Sticks! These gluten free wonders were delicious and required very few ingredients! They were made even easier with the help of a new gadget I can’t wait to tell you about!
