While the beginning of the school year tends to signal the kickoff of “fall” we’re technically only a little past the halfway point in summer (I googled it, apparently halfway was 8/5 lol). Luckily this means lots more time for summer sweet treats! Gluten Free Key Lime Pie (With a Shortcut)

Anyone else a sucker for basically anything in a graham cracker crust?? 🙋‍♀️ Baking a gluten free key lime pie is one of the activities on my unofficial summer bucket list and this week I finally checked it off! I took a shortcut though, when I came across this gluten free pre-made graham cracker pie crust at the grocery!
