Ahh I finally understand the hype!! I recently purchased my first pair of Madewell jeans during the Black Friday weekend sales. As a mid-sized petite woman, shopping for jeans isn't fun but that changed when I bought my first pair of Madewell jeans! A few weeks in and I'm obsessed with the fit and style!

A long, crazy dream?” Wow. I’m really not sure. That’s a lot to unpack. We agreed we’d be extremely confused, haha. But seriously, I’m pretty sure a lot of us had a year that seems surreal in many ways. It is easy to get caught up in what would’ve / could’ve / should’ve been and I’d be lying if I said I haven’t struggled with those thoughts this year.

Read MorePUMPKIN PIE!!! Holiday season = pie season. It’s as simple as that! I just couldn’t hold out until Thanksgiving and had to whip up a pie yesterday!! The ultimate holiday duo, Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin and Nestle Carnation Evaporated Milk, make this pie fool proof! I used Libby’s Famous Pumpkin Pie recipe, and swapped out normal pie crust for a gluten free crust from Trader Joe’s to make this favorite dessert gluten-free and food-allergy friendly for our household! And it’s just as good as the “real thing” in my opinion!!

Read MoreThis year was the first time since college when I served as an Election Day poll worker. It’s an experience I encourage every American to do at least once. Not only does it provide immense gratitude and pride to live in this great nation but it is amazing to be a part of the process and learn what all takes place to carry out democracy at it’s very essence. Here are my reflections on serving as a poll worker in the 2020 election.

Read MoreThree Trader Joe’s highlights in one week?? I know it’s a lot but they have so many delicious products this time of year!! Last weekend was super busy and I spent the majority of that Sunday on the road so I was exhausted when I made it home and decided to delay the final Soup Sunday in the series by one week. So we’re wrapping up today with a pre-made soup that I love - Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Bisque. If you saw my Stories recap about the Trader Joe’s fall haul earlier in the season, you’ll know that this is one of my absolute favorites - I bought 3 jars haha! I topped it with a little grana padano and parsley. The perfect fall lunch - just heat and eat.
