Snack boards!! (I call this a “snack” board and not a charcuterie board or cheese board because well, there’s only one type of cheese and zero meat haha). Snack/cheese/charcuterie boards are such a fun and easy way to elevate a night in, especially a cozy Valentine’s date at home! This board is gluten free with the exception of the wheat crackers.

The ultimate holiday duo, Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin and Nestle Carnation Evaporated Milk, make this pie fool proof! I used Libby’s Famous Pumpkin Pie recipe, and swapped out normal pie crust for a gluten free crust from Trader Joe’s to make this favorite dessert gluten-free and food-allergy friendly for our household! And it’s just as good as the “real thing” in my opinion!!
