After months of scribbling a meal plan down on a sheet of notebook paper, a sticky note or whatever else I could find, I designed a solution that's simple, organized and cute! And now I'm excited to share it with you, for FREE!
Read MoreSalads! A long lost friend since coronavirus began. Generally speaking, I’m not a fan of making salads at home because I feel like it doesn’t matter what I do, they do not taste restaurant-quality and the dressings in particular seem to require a ton of ingredients that I don’t keep on hand. So I end buying weird ingredients and the cost adds up, then the DIY dressings rarely taste awesome and I end up with a bunch of random stuff taking up space in my fridge door or pantry because I needed a tablespoon of it once upon a time. Anyone else feel my pain in this department?? All of that to say, I was pleasantly surprised to LOVE this salad!! So much so, I had a bowl of it again today.

I know, shocking, right??
Read MoreStroganoff was my favorite type of Hamburger Helper growing up. So when I went gluten free in 2015, I was excited to come across this amazing gluten free alternative! It tastes pretty spot on, I would imagine the only difference from the real stroganoff maybe being the texture of the noodles!
Read MoreDarrell LOVES fruit. At his old house in Lexington, he actually had a very large piece of wall art with different types of fruit all over it, haha! While we won’t be gathering with friends or family to celebrate the holiday weekend, I thought a cute fruit tray would still be fun to put together for us two. I can’t claim this idea as my own because it’s all over different websites but I did find a way to make this easy favorite gluten free!
