Read MoreWe ate our veggies in a fun way tonight - snuck into our pizza and cheese sticks! That’s right. Gluten free pizza AND cheese sticks for this wild Saturday night in! I absolutely love the Caulipower pizza crusts (made from cauliflower) for an awesome gluten free alternative. We kept it simple with pepperoni as our topping (Penny approved) and paired it with recipe I was super excited to try out - Zucchini Cheese Sticks! These gluten free wonders were delicious and required very few ingredients! They were made even easier with the help of a new gadget I can’t wait to tell you about!

We basically made a little date out of going to a different part of the state for a brief meeting. We figured, why not check out a restaurant and make the most of the 6 hours on the road? I reached out to a new IG friend, Brittney, who provided us with some awesome recommendations. We went with one of her suggestions, Tavern & Table on Shem Creek. We were thoroughly impressed with their social distancing precautions and their food!!
